Why there are Trail Difficulty ratings: At Howler Bike Park we strive to offer a fun, easy-to-understand, and safe way for riders to progress in Mountain Biking. To achieve our goal we have split our types of runs into two separate categories Freeride lines and Technical terrain to give a better understanding of the trail you are about to ride. In addition to trail categories we have trail difficulty indicators, green circle runs are for anyone and everyone but cater to beginners, blue squares are intermediate lines, black diamonds are for advanced riders, and double black diamonds are expert-only runs.
